What does Mental Toughness Questionnaire assess?
The test assess four areas of mental toughness: Control, Challenges, Commitment and Confidence. Depending on whether it’s the MTQ48 or MTQPlus, the score is also displayed in four or eight subscales of these areas: Risk Taking, Learning Through Experience, Goal Orientation, Delivery Orientation, Life Control, Emotional Control, Confidence in Abilities, and Self-Confidence in Relationships with Others. The MTQ48 does not display the first four subscales.
What is the difference between MTQ48 and MTQPlus?
Both tests measure four areas of mental toughness, while the MTQ48 measures scores across four subscales: Emotional Control, Self-Confidence, and Interpersonal Confidence. The MTQPlus measures scores across four subscales (for a total of eight): Risk Taking, Learning Through Experience, Goal Orientation, Delivery Orientation, and Life Control. The MTQ48 consists of 48 questions, while the MTQPlus has 72 questions. They also differ in price.
When do you recommend to assess a mental toughness?

How can I measure my mental toughness?
Option 1:
Purchase the “MTQ48 Feedback Session” or “MTQPlus Feedback Session” and reserve a time in your calendar. I will send you a link to the survey at the email address provided; please complete it no later than 48 hours before the session.
Option 2:
Contact me by phone (797401661) or email (kinga@baranowskacoaching.com) to express your interest in the survey. I will send you a link to the survey at your email address, and we will arrange a feedback session at a convenient time.
Before the session, you will receive a report from me, which will include information on your current level of mental resilience on several scales and basic development tips.
During the session, you will learn how your results in each area of resilience impact your effectiveness. We will develop your individual resilience development plan.
After the session, there is an option to continue the coaching process, which may include expanding knowledge about specific aspects of resilience and working on those that require strengthening.
What is the added value of feedback session?
During the session, you’ll learn how your results in each area of resilience impact your effectiveness. We’ll explore how these results work specifically for you. I’ll share examples from my own practice. We’ll develop your personalized resilience development plan.
Is MTQ only for adults?
No, not only. The MTQ test can also be used for adolescents from the age of 16.

What is CliftonStrengths Talent assessment?
The Gallup Talent Survey, also known as the Clifton Strengths survey, is a psychometric tool that helps you identify your unique talents, which influence the way you think, feel, and act.

How can I buy Cliftonstrengths test with consultation?

Create an account yourself and purchase access to the test on the Gallup website. Send me your report so I can review it before the consultation, and let’s arrange a meeting.
Before your session, you will receive a report from me, which will include information about your strongest talents.
What is the difference between Cliftonstrengths Top5 and Full34?
In both cases, you complete the same test consisting of 177 questions. TOP5 provides results for the 5 strongest talents, while 34 provides a full version of the intensity of 34 talents. By choosing TOP5, you can expand your versions at any time, based on the answers you’ve already provided, and “discover” the remaining 29 talents.
What is the added value of consultation?

- We’ll explore what kind of work environment you need to function most effectively and “in harmony with yourself” and your natural predispositions.

Is Cliftonstrengths assessment only for adults?
No, Gallup test can be performed by young people from the age of 14.
