You hold the map and compass, and I accompany you and help you discover the possibilities that lie within you. You’ll learn you to use the map and compass more effectively, harness your strengths, and remember to recharge (so you have enough energy to reach your destination). Sometimes the goal will be choosing a direction, sometimes the way you travel—it’s up to you.

What might our journey look like?

  • Let’s talk about where you are and where you’d like to be (if you don’t know, that’s okay too!).

  • We’ll review what’s in your backpack, what will be useful for your journey (resources, experiences, supportive beliefs), what we can get rid of (unsupportive thoughts), and what’s worth adding (better self-awareness, skills, knowledge).

  • We will equip you with the necessary things through conversations, exercises and/or tests, and literature if you like, and create an action plan.

  • You’ll decide whether to embark on your journey alone with a backpack full of resources or to have someone to support you.

  • I like to work with a solution-based approach, which means agreeing on a goal and usually 5 full coaching sessions to achieve it.
